What to send

Multi-reference sourcing
For several vehicles, group references in one request. Supplier availability, price and freight are checked before the quote is issued. OEM references identify compatibility; the offered part may be aftermarket depending on supplier availability.
Shipping and price
Steering racks are heavy and sometimes bulky, so freight is calculated by destination, quantity and transport method. The actual freight cost is included in the quote.
Coding / calibration / electronic repair: some electric or electro-hydraulic steering systems may require diagnostic work, initialization, sensor calibration or reprogramming after replacement. See the DIR.ELEC contact.
